Your Wellness Goals for the Week

What fitness, health and general wellness goals do you hope to accomplish for the week? It could be anything: Perhaps you’d like to lift more weight, increase the intensity of your cardio workouts, or try a group exercise class for the first time. Maybe you want to get into the club on a more consistent basis, or maybe you just want to get yourself back into the habit of going after a long layoff. Sport-specific goals like training to improve your golf swing are valid too, as is eating more healthfully. Think about your intention and post it here. Then check back at the beginning of next week and see if you were able to accomplish what you had hoped.

    Thanks cuz! I appreciate it! My book was on my Facebook page for some time, but people are very faithful to their favorite authors. It’s a tough field to break into. I agree with you regarding the church’s position. I guess, for the most part, those who can, do. Those who can’t, write stories about it! LOL! I’ll give ya 3 guesses which category I fall into and none of them count! I’d probably sleep better at night if I just headed for the (virtually unused) treadmill in my home!
