Your Goals for the Week

What fitness, health and general wellness goals do you hope to accomplish for the week? It could be anything: Perhaps you’d like to lift more weight, increase the intensity of your cardio workouts, or try a group exercise class for the first time. Maybe you want to get into the club on a more consistent basis, or maybe you just want to get yourself back into the habit of going after a long layoff. Sport-specific goals like training to improve your golf swing are valid too, as is eating more healthfully. Think about your intention and post it here. Then check back at the beginning of next week and see if you were able to accomplish what you had hoped.
